The hotel has a great location. Our favorite restaurant is just down the street. The bartenders at the hotel are great and very helpful when asked about things to do. The only problem we encountered was trying to order room service in the morning. The gentleman that answered to take our order seemed to have issues with English. Seated by telling him our room number and he replied back with wrong room number. I repeated the correct room number and said okay. I placed our order, ham and cheese omelette and two egg breakfast. Simple enough. He started asking questions that didn’t go with the options on the menu. We got thru the order and said he was going to repeat my order. He immediately said the wrong room number again. I know this might be petty, but if I pay good money to stay at a hotel, is it too much to ask to get an English speaking employee to take the orders.

So many positive things to say about this resort! First of all, the staff were all amazing. Evan, Geraldo, Audra, Tammy, and B at the pool were all incredible. top of the line and so hospitable. The resort itself was beautiful, from the grounds and amenities to the pool and beach. We did have a small issue with our room, but the supervisor Geraldo, was able to solve the issue quickly and make it right, which we really appreciated. We will definitely have to return again in the future. Thank you to everyone for making our stay such a great experience!

The hotel has a very convenient location. The first thing I didn’t like was that I paid for a Gulf View room but was assigned a room with only a partial Gulf view. The rooms show some signs of aging, but they are very comfortable, especially the bed and pillows. The hotel’s common areas could definitely use more maintenance. The pool bar and beach bar are nice and provide a great atmosphere. However, keep in mind that beach chairs and umbrellas are not included and require an additional fee. Overall, our stay was acceptable. I would come back mainly because of the excellent location and the direct access to the beach.

This hotel is prime location to pier 60 everything is within walking distance. The strip is less than 10 feet away. The pool is HUGE the online photos do not justify how big it is. They play music at the pool and have a cute Tiki Bar on the beach. Customer Servive is excellent! We had a slight issue with our room AC which sometimes happens. The staff fixed it right away and immediately gave us another room that was upgraded! Great customer service is hard to find. This is your sign to book, you will be taken care of here and love the experience. Oh, the hotel is also very family friendly. The offer a lot of free activities like beach yoga, free kayaking and more.
